1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By way of this Transfer Petition, the petitioner-
wife seeks transfer of divorce petition filed by the
respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage
Act, being Registration No.543 of 2024, titled “Ravi Sharma
vs. Ambika Sharma”, pending before the Court of the learned

3. It is submitted that three cases emanating from the
matrimonial disputes have been instituted by the petitioner
against the respondent and are pending before the Court at
Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
4. Issue notice to the respondent. Rule is made
returnable in six weeks.
5. In the meanwhile, further proceedings in divorce
petition being Registration No.543 of 2024, titled “Ravi
Sharma vs. Ambika Sharma”, pending before the Court of the
learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ujjain,
Madhya Pradesh shall remain stayed.
