1. This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under

308(2), 61(2) of B.N.S and 66(D) of I.T Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits

that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

[2025:RJ-JP:22940] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4357/2025]

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

present case, and perused the record as also arguments advanced

by learned counsel for both the parties, since petitioner is in

judicial custody since 08.03.2025 and conclusion of trial will take

time, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits

of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the

petitioner on bail.

5. Therefore, this bail application is allowed and accused-

petitioner namely Samaydeen S/o Kallu, is ordered to be

released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum

of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the

petitioner shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates

of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.

6. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not involve

in similar offence(s) during currency of the bail granted by this

court. The petitioner is further directed to mark their presence in

the concerned Police Station in the 1 st week of every month, till

trial is concluded. If breach of any of these conditions, is reported

or come to the notice of the Court, the same shall alone be a

reason for the Trial Court to cancel the bail granted to petitioner

by this Court.
