1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Sundeep Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the material on record.

2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Case No.5052 of 2023 (State Vs. Komal Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.746 of 2016, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahr, pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr as well as to quash the charge sheet dated 14.12.2021 and also to quash the cognizance/summoning order dated 22.05.2023 passed in the aforesaid case.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have already entered into a compromise, which has been reduced in writing on dated 30.11.2024 and the same has been directed to verify by learned court concerned vide order dated 20.02.2025 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2025, learned court concerned vide order dated 13.03.2025 has verified the same, copy of which is at pages-8 to 10 of the supplementary affidavit. He further submits that the FIR had come to be lodged by the opposite party no. 2 owing to some misunderstanding and misgivings between the parties. With passage of time they have been able to resolve their differences and have settled their dispute amicably in writing, which has also been verified by the learned court below on 13.03.2025. They realise that there was no criminal intent on part of the applicant and that no criminal offence has been committed by the applicant.
