2. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of M.J. Petition No.A-
2441/2022, titled “Subhashchandra Ramsevak Prajapati v. Archana
Subhashchandra Prajapati”, filed by the respondent-husband under
Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act (dissolution of marriage) from
the Principal Judge-2, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, Maharasthra to
the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger, Bihar.
3. The petitioner is supporting her minor daughter at Munger,
Bihar and there is no one else in the family of the petitioner to
accompany her to Mumbai.
