1. Since the petitioner has not been able to disclose either the notice issued

under Section 148A(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as

‘the said Act’) for the assessment year 2019-20 or the response thereto, inter

alia, including the order under Section 148A(d) of the said Act for the relevant

assessment year and the notice under Section 148 of the said Act, let this

matter stand adjourned and appear in the monthly list of July, 2025 so as to

enable the petitioner to produce all the documents by way of supplementary

affidavit.

2. Let such supplementary affidavit be filed on or before the matter is taken

up next.
