1. As per office report, service is complete on the respondent

but no one appears on his behalf.

2. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of Petition No.A/1364/2024,

titled “Vipin Vishwakarma v. Srishti”, filed by the respondent-

husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The above-

stated case is pending in the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court

No.4, Nagpur, Maharashtra, and the petitioner desires its transfer

to the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances as emanating from

the record and considering the fact that the respondent has not put

in appearance, the transfer petition is allowed. The Petition

No.A/1364/2024, titled “Vipin Vishwakarma v. Srishti”, pending

before the Ld. Judge, Family Court No.4, Nagpur, Maharashtra is

ordered to be transferred to the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court,

Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The records be transferred to the

transferee court.
