01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Issue notice on admission and stay to the sole
Opposite Party by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. fixing a
short returnable date indicating therein that the matter is
likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission. Requisites
be filed by 30.06.2025.
4. Accept one set of process fee.
5. The matter be listed in the week commencing from
28th July, 2025, along with TRP(C) No.163 of 2025.
6. Tracking report of notice to the sole Opposite Party be
kept on record before the next date of listing.
7. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move for an
adjournment in Cr.P.C. No.37 of 2024, pending in the
Court of Judge, Family Court, Deogarh, if it is so required.
If such an application is moved, the Court below shall do
well to adjourn the matter to any date beyond the week
commencing from 28th July, 2025.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on
proper application as per rules.
