1. Heard Shri Sushil Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, Shri Ravitendra Pratap Singh Chandel, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the material on record.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 20260 of 2020 (State Vs. Prabodh Chandra Mishra and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 20 of 2020 under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Harbans Mohal, District- Kanpur Nagar pending before learned MM-9, Kanpur Nagar, as well as to quash the impugned summoning order dated 15.10.2020, passed in the aforesaid case.
3. While earlier order of this Court dated 27.02.2025, the matter was referred to the trial court for verification of the compromise entered into between the parties pursuant to which a report dated 01.04.2025 has been submitted before this Court by learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.09, District- Kanpur Nagar verifying the compromise entered into between the parties. Copy of which report is on record.
