1. The prayer in these applications is for grant of interim bail

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner as well as
the learned State counsel.
3. The medical report issued by the Gangasheel Advanced Medical
Research Institute, Baraeilly with respect to the critical health
condition of the applicant-petitioner’s mother who is diagnosed
with last stage of blood cancer, has been perused.
4. Having regard to all the attending circumstances, the
applicant-petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail for
a period of 10 days from tomorrow, i.e. 28.12.2024, subject to his
furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Second Additional
Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District-Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
5. In addition to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by
the above court, it is directed that :
(i) The applicant-petitioner while on interim bail shall
report to the local police station on every alternate day
between 4-5 p.m.;
(ii) One of the sureties that he will furnish shall be his
blood relations and an affidavit to this effect shall be
enclosed by that surety along with bail bonds.
6. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail authorities on
expiry of 10 days i.e. on 06.01.2025 before 5.00 p.m.
7. Applications for interim bail stand allowed.
