2. The petitioner has filed this Transfer Petition
seeking the following reliefs:
“a. Transfer the case registered as H.M.A.No.581
of 2024 titled as “Ritesh Singh vs. Mahima Singh”
filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13(1)
(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent
submits that the respondent has no objection if the
petition is allowed in terms prayed for.
4. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed and
case bearing H.M.A.No.581 of 2024 titled as “Ritesh Singh
vs. Mahima Singh” pending before the Court of Principal
Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh is
transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
5. Registry to communicate this order to the transferor
and the transferee courts for taking steps in accordance
with this order.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
