1. By this transfer petition, the petitioner-wife

sought transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 1247 of 2024 filed

by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu

Marriage Act, 1955.

2. On 9th May, 2025, the matter was referred to

Mediation Centre of this Court. A report has been

submitted that the mediation is successful. Settlement

Agreement dated 4th June, 2025 has been placed on record.

3. As per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have

resolved their differences and have stated that they shall

withdraw the pending cases as are mentioned in paragraph 2

of the Settlement Agreement.

4. The parties undertake that they shall withdraw the
