     before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budha Nagar,

     Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna,

     Bihar.

     2.                  Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking

     into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,

     we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer of the

     Matrimonial Case No. 623 of 2024 titled as "Abhijeet Kumar

     Sinha Vs. Shristi Sinha" pending before the Principal Judge,
