1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Case No. 623 of 2024
titled as "Abhijeet Kumar Sinha Vs. Shristi Sinha" pending
before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budha Nagar,
Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna,
Bihar.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,
we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer of the
Matrimonial Case No. 623 of 2024 titled as "Abhijeet Kumar
Sinha Vs. Shristi Sinha" pending before the Principal Judge,
