1) This Transfer Petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of OP No. 715 of 2023
titled as “Karishma Das Gupta v. Ayon Das Gupta and
Anr.” pending before the Subordinate Court of Alandur to
the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka South
West, Delhi.
2) As per the Office Report, service on the
respondents is complete. However, no one has entered
appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.
