About the Organisers
This International Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is a collaborative effort presented by the Centre for Constitution and Administrative Law (CCAL) in association with the International Association of Social Protection (IASP), Washington, PeaceNMD, and Guj Jurix.
Centre for Constitution and Administrative Law (CCAL): CCAL serves as a dynamic hub for scholars, practitioners, and students, providing expert insights and dedicated research in constitutional and administrative law. It fosters critical discourse to uphold the rule of law and democratic institutions.
International Association of Social Protection (IASP-AISP), Washington: Founded on October 19, 2023, by representatives from Spanish and Peruvian social security associations, among others, IASP-AISP aims to address the complexities of global interconnectedness and its impact on national social protection systems. Its primary goals include assessing social security levels and bridging protection gaps, particularly those highlighted by ILO studies.
PeaceNMD (“Peace: Negotiation and Mediation for Diplomacy”): This organization emphasizes the crucial role of diplomacy, negotiation, and mediation in conflict resolution and peacebuilding. PeaceNMD focuses on structured processes involving neutral third parties to facilitate communication, identify common ground, and achieve mutually acceptable agreements in international relations, ultimately preventing violence and fostering cooperation.
Guj Jurix – Justice & Beyond: Guj Jurix is a distinctive law firm that offers expert legal consultation and forensic services across various sectors, including educational institutions, hospitals, corporations, and individuals. The firm specializes in regulatory compliance, the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), licensing, and ensuring adherence to both state and central laws governing education and healthcare.

The International Faculty Development Programme (FDP): Global Perspectives on Contemporary Legal Challenges is a comprehensive seven-day online course specifically designed for Indian law academicians. This program aims to provide participants with a global perspective on critical legal domains, featuring discussions on contemporary issues led by leading experts from around the world. The core objective of the FDP is to enhance participants’ advanced knowledge and equip them with innovative teaching methodologies crucial for modern legal education.

This International Faculty Development Programme is open to any law academician, research scholar, or LL.M. student in India.

The FDP will be conducted online via Google Meet, making it accessible from any location within India.

Prizes
