3. The appellant has been arraigned as an
accused in FIR No.191/2023 for the offences
punishable under Sections 294, 323, 324, 302,
307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) and 3(2)
(va) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

7. The appeal is allowed, accordingly.
