3. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection
with FIR Case No.399/2022 for the offences punishable
under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 302 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances
of the case, coupled with the further fact that
custodial interrogation is not required as the
chargesheet has already been filed, we are inclined
to set aside the impugned order and grant
anticipatory bail to the appellant.
