1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner during the
course of his argument submitted that the Petitioner does
not want to press this application and intends to surrender
and move for bail before the court below. Hence he prays
to direct the court below to consider his bail application
and dispose of the same on the very same day.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as
the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Perused the records.

4. The Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the
alleged commission of offence under Sections 147, 148,
294, 341, 323, 354(B), 427, 451, 307, 506/149 of the
Indian Penal Code in C.T.Case No.317 of 2022 arising

out of Kantamal P.S.Case No.157 of 2022 which is now
pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal.
