transfer of petition bearing HMA/1269/023 titled as “Nikhil Dhingra

vs. Kanika Dhingra” pending before the Family Court, Agra (Uttar

Pradesh) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, West

District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

2. Despite due service of notice, no one has entered appearance

on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking

into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we

allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing
