1. The petitioner has filed the present petition, praying as under –
“(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 (State of
Delhi) to conduct a detailed investigation into the fraudulent activities of
Respondent No. 2 and its rebranded entity.
(b) Direct Respondent No. 2 (Kalpaka Transport Co. Pvt. Ltd./Kerala
Transport Company) to compensate the Petitioner for the financial losses
incurred due to their fraudulent actions.
