The Court:- Pursuant to the previous direction of this Court dated
March 7, 2025 passed by a coordinate Bench, a detailed medical examination
of the writ petitioner had taken place before the Burdwan Medical College and
Hospital, as was directed by the coordinate Bench. The medical board has
physically examined the petitioner.
The observation of the Medical Board dated April 22, 2025 is quoted
below:
“Mr. Dudhai Kewat/M/56 yrs, a follow up case of IHD (CABG
done on 24.07.2023) currently is complaining of occasional
exertional chest paid for last 1 yr. Recent cardiac CT (Done on
03.03.2025) revealed moderate flow seen in LIMA -LAD graft along
with good flow in other venous graft except Ramus.
