1. The present application under Sections 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in FIR No. 172/2023 registered under
Sections 21, 29, 61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act, 19853 at P.S. Special Cell, Delhi.
2. A copy of the status report has been handed over across the Board and
is taken on record.
