1. The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR
No. 109/2024 dated 30.01.2024, registered at Police Station
Tigri, for offences under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (‘IPC’).
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the prosecutrix knew
the applicant since October, 2022 and in 2023, the applicant had
contacted her through WhatsApp and insisted her to meet his
friends. When the applicant went to the address of the prosecutrix
in Delhi, he brought some food items and the prosecutrix
allegedly became intoxicated on consuming them. It is alleged
