Reason:

We have been told that the petitioner is already in custody in

a different criminal case and has been granted interim bail in that
2

case. Presently, with regard to the present petition, he seeks

anticipatory bail in a case in which he has been named as an

accused for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of the

Indian Penal Code (for short “the IPC”) and subsequently Sections

467, 468 & 470 of the IPC were added. His anticipatory bail

application was dismissed by the High Court.

We see absolutely no reason to interfere in the order of the

High Court, in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of

the Constitution of India.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed along with

pending application(s), if any.
