1. The respondent No.2/alleged victim, who was present on the last
date of hearing along with her brother submitted in the open Court that
the instant petition filed by the petitioners be allowed and impugned case
FIR be set-aside as she has given her earlier statements recorded during
the investigation at the instance of her home people when the allegations
are not true.
2. She further submitted that she was a minor at that time and was
not able to understand the things. She has already filed her reply and
supported the case of the petitioners. Her statement has been recorded by
the Registry on 08.07.2025 in compliance to the previous order dated
07.07.2025 of this Court, which is reproduced as under: –
