Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the
petitioner as well as the respondent both are IT professionals and
are working in different companies at NOIDA. The parents of the
respondent are living at Panchkula. A complaint under Section 12 of
the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been
filed by the respondent before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna
claiming that she is resident of Patna. In fact, she is residing at
NOIDA.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 21.08.2025.
In the meantime, the proceedings in Domestic Violence Case
No.165/2024
