The Court: This appeal is directed against two orders dated May
16, 2025 and June 11, 2025, passed by a learned Judge of this Court in
TS/1/2012 (Jayabati Barick vs. Netai Chandra Barick).
Since the appellant was appearing in person before the learned
Single Judge, His Lordship, to help out the appellant, directed the Secretary,
High Court Legal Services Committee to appoint an Advocate on behalf of
the appellant herein.

When the matter was again listed before the learned Judge on
June 11, 2025, the learned Judge recorded an order to the effect that no
report regarding the engagement of Advocate on behalf of the present
appellant has been filed by the High Court Legal Services Committee and the
appellant was still appearing in person. The learned Judge again called for a
report.
