The petitioner/wife herein filed the present petition under Section 24 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, (for short ‘the C.P.C.’) seeking transfer of
F.C.O.P.No.196 of 2022, on the file of the VII Additional District Judge-cum-
Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District, to the Senior Civil Judge,
Kakinada, East Godavari District, either to be tried jointly or simultaneously
with H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2025, pending on its file, for trial.
2. The case of the petitioner in brief is as follows:
I. The petitioner is the legally wedded wife of the respondent/husband and
the marriage of the petitioner with the respondent was solemnized on
10.06.2006, at Abala Shanti Kalyana Mandapam, Kakinada, as per the Hindu
Rites and Caste Customs. During their wedlock period, the petitioner/wife and
respondent/husband were blessed with a male child in the year 2008.Later,
due to the matrimonial disputes between both the spouses; the petitioner/wife
has been residing separately along with her male child at her parents’ house
at Kakinada, East Godavari District.
