01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.46 of 2020 pending in
the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special
Judge, Nimapara, arising out of Gop P.S. Case No.212
of 2020 for commission of offence punishable under
Sections 147/ 148/ 294/ 323/ 325/ 332/ 341/ 342/
307/ 506/ 224/ 225/ 379/ 353/354/149 of IPC read
with Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act,
1932 and Section 3(1)(r)(s)/2((va) of SC and ST
(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
