Leave granted.
Considering the fact that the incident in question dates back
to July, 2023 and the appellant, Mahajan Jha, was granted
interim anticipatory bail by this Court as long back as on
18.10.2024, we are inclined to grant him relief.
Accordingly, the appeal is allowed directing that in the
event the appellant, Mahajan Jha, is arrested in relation to
First Information Report No. 173/2023 dated 01.08.2023,
registered with Police Station – Kishanpur, District – Supaul,
Bihar, for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 147, 148,
Signature Not Verified149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code,

Reason:
1860, he shall be released on bail on the same terms and
conditions as were fixed by the trial court at the time of
grant of interim anticipatory bail pursuant to the order

passed by this Court on 18.10.2024.
In addition, the appellant shall comply with the
conditions mentioned in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
Recording the aforesaid, the impugned order is set aside
and the appeal is allowed.
We clarify that the observations made in this order are
for the disposal of the present appeal and for grant of bail
and the same shall not be treated as an expression of opinion
on the merits of the case.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
