The Board of Directors of the OLA Electric Mobility Limited at their meeting held on today, i.e., Monday, December 30, 2024, have approved the appointment of Pritam Das Mohapatra as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with immediate effect, according to OLA Electric exchange filing.
He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a law graduate, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has more than 14 years of working experience in Corporate Laws, Compliances, Fund Raising, IPO Listing, Board & Shareholder’s Management, Corporate Governance, regulatory matters, FDI etc.
He has worked in various organisations in Secretarial and Legal function including Merabo Labs Private Limited, ANI Technologies Private Limited, Ola Fleet Technologies Private Limited and Zuari Infraworld India Limited.
“He is not related to any Director,” exchange filing noted.
Recently, Pramendra Tomar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of October 01, 2024, due to personal reasons and commitments.
The disclosure was under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015.
