05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/
Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Perused
the application as well as documents annexed thereto.
3. By filing the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court the petitioner has prayed
this Court to quash the criminal proceeding in C.T. Case No.23 of
2021 arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No.11 of 2021 pending
before the learned S.D.J.M, Athagarh. The aforesaid case has been
registered for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341,
323, 324, 354, 294, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C.
