Considering the length of incarceration suffered by the

appellant, Asif Parchhavni @ Asif Afsarali Shaikh, who was

arrested as long back as in December, 2020, and given the fact

that all the other co-accused have been granted bail, we accept

the present appeal and direct that the appellant, Asif

Parchhavni @ Asif Afsarali Shaikh, shall be released on bail in

connection with the trial in the chargesheet arising out of

Crime/First Information Report1 No. 11210046201139/2020 dated
