Applicant was granted bail on
17.12.2024, in FIR/Case Crime No.600 of
2024, dated 10.12.2023, under Sections
323, 376(2)(n), 376(3), 504, 506 IPC and
Sections 3(a)/4(2), 5(l)/6 of the Protection
of Children from Sexual Offences Act,
2012, Police Station Pathri, District
Haridwar. Now, a Correction Application
(MCRC No.2 of 2024) has been filed.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the applicant
would submit that inadvertently, the Case
Crime Number has wrongly been recorded
in the memo of bail application. It is Case
Crime No.600 of 2023 whereas in the
memo of the bail application it is wrongly
mentioned as 600 of 2024.
The Correction Application is allowed.
Let the corrected memo of bail
application be filed during the course of
the day.
