By this petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated
23.05.2025 passed by Respondent No. 2 in case titled Mohd. Aslam Vs. Mohd.
Sadiq and order dated 23.08.2024 passed by Respondent No. 3 in revisions titled
“Mohd. Aslam Vs. Mohd. Sadiq.
Heard.
Issue notice, which is waived by Ms. Chetna Manhas, Assisting
counsel to Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG on behalf of the official
respondents. She seeks and is granted four weeks’ time to file response to the
instant petition.
Now, notice shall go to the contesting respondent, returnable within
three weeks, subject to taking requisite steps by the petitioner within one week.
