punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467,

468, 470, 471, 477A, 201 and 120B of the Indian

Penal Code, 1860, read with Sections 43(b), 65,

66B, 66C, and 66D of the Information Technology

Act, 2000, read with Sections 4 and 5 of the

Maharashtra Prevention of Gambling

Act, 1887.
