1. The present petition has been preferred under Section 482 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for the grant of

anticipatory bail in case FIR No.297, dated 16.11.2020 registered under

Sections 355/353/186/506/34 of IPC at Police Station City Ferozepur, District

Ferozepur.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
