About the Job
ANB Legal, a full-service law firm, is looking for a Legal Associate to join their Transaction/Funds Team in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- 3-4 years of PQE in corporate law, preferably in a law firm
- Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Drafting & negotiating PE/VC investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and fund documentation
- Advising on corporate restructuring, mergers, and strategic reorganizations
- Handling fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance
- Conducting legal due diligence and transaction execution
