matrimonial disputes between both the
spouses, the petitioner/wife has been
residing separately at her parents’
house at Guntur.

contend that, in view of the harassment
made by the respondent, the
petitioner/wife lodged a complaint
dated 19.06.2024, in F.I.R.No.91 of

District, under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of
the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking
for dissolution of the marriage and the
same is also pending for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioner
would further contend the
petitioner/wife has been residing
separately at her parents’ house and
depending upon the mercy of her
parents, the distance between Guntur

very difficult for the petitioner/wife to
attend the divorce case proceedings
before the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni,
Kurnool District, on each and every

assistance and that she is constrained
to file the present transfer petition.

Perused the record.
