1. Heard Sri Yogendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Shashidhar Pandey, learned A.G.A. appearing for State-O.P. no.1 and perused the record.

2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of complaint case no.2033/08 (Meena Devi v. Mukesh Kumar and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A, 406 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur.

3. The instant application arises out of matrimonial discord. Marriage of O.P. no.2 was solemnized with applicant no.1 in the year 2006. Due to matrimonial discord, O.P. no.2 filed a complaint case and the applicants were summoned vide order dated 04.02.2009. In the complaint, it was alleged that the applicants have demanded dowry from the father of O.P. no.2 and on non-fulfillment of dowry demand, they have threatened, beaten, tortured, the opposite party no.2 and ousted her from matrimonial house. However, apart from her husband, O.P. no.2 has implicated father-in-law, mother-in-law (Sasur and Saas), brother-in-laws (dewars), sister-in-laws (nanads) and Bua of her husband, who are applicant nos.2 to 9. After completion of enquiry and recording of statements of complainant and witnesses under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C the trial Court summoned the applicants on 04.02.2009.
