2. The petitioner, herein, by way of instituting the present proceeding,
has assailed the decision arrived at by the jurisdictional District Level
Committee in its meeting held on 17-08-2011, rejecting the case of the
petitioner, herein, for appointment on compassionate ground. The
petitioner has further prayed for a direction upon the respondent
authorities for a fresh consideration of his claim for appointment on
compassionate ground on its merits.
