1. The instant criminal revision petition is filed under Sections
397 and 401 of CrPC has been preferred by the petitioners against
the order dated 19.06.2004 passed by the learned Additional
Sessions Judge, Bali, in Criminal Revision No. 25/2002, whereby
the revision petition was allowed and the order dated 30.03.2001
passed by the SDM, Bali, in Criminal Misc. Case No. 12/2001
under Sections 145 and 146 CrPC was set aside, including the
order of attachment and appointment of receiver under Section
146 CrPC.
