About the Opportunity
Aekom Legal is expanding its Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice at the Delhi office, and we are inviting applications for associate and senior associate.
Eligibility Criteria
Associate (2–3 years of experience):
- Candidates with a strong foundation in M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate advisory work.
- You should have excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills, with a passion for working on high-value and complex transactions.
Senior Associate (3-5 years of experience):
- Professionals with extensive experience in structuring and executing M&A and PE transactions is a must.
- Candidates should have good knowledge and analytical skills.
