2. The appellant has questioned the order dated 13 th May, 2025
passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at
Jabalpur on a review petition1. Despite an earlier order dated 8 th May,
2025 having recorded that there was no ground for review, the Division
Bench proceeded to rehear the writ appeals 2 presented by the appellant
being the respondent no.9 herein (which stood dismissed vide judgment
and order dated 30th April, 2025 and of which review was sought) and
directions contained in paragraphs 4 to 7 made, thereby amounting to,
what we see, is an unnecessary interference in an investigative process.
