The Police Sub-Inspector of Subramanyapura Police
Station has filed charge sheet against accused persons for the
offences punishable U/s.341, 324, 326, 504 R/w sec., 34 of
IPC.
02. The brief facts of the prosecution case is as
follows:-
It is alleged that, on 01.04.2016 at about 02.00 PM, the
Cw.1 to 4 within the jurisdiction of Subramanyapura
Jurisdiction, Abbaiah Naidu Studio, Chikkalasandra, near Om
Shakthi temple, the Cw.1 to 4 were standing by drinking tea,
at that time, the accused persons came to the spot and
illegally restrained the Cw.1 and 2 from not moving forward
and abused them in filthy language. Further the accused
persons assaulted the Cw.1 with long and wooden club and
caused bleeding grievous injuries to Cw.1. Further, when the
Judgment 4 C.C.No.28445/2019
Cw.2 came to spot the quarrel, the accused persons assaulted
the Cw.2 also with the deadly weapon long and caused
bleeding injuries to Cw.2 and thereby the accused persons
have committed the above offences punishable U/s.447, 387,
506, 507 R/w sec., 34 of IPC.
