1. Appellant No.1/Ramchander, who is present before this Court, has been identified by Sri Anand Pal Singh, learned counsel for the appellants, who is ready to argue the appeal on merits as also the revision filed by the informant-Ram Jas for enhancement of punishment i.e. for conviciting and sentencing the accused/appellant(s) for the offence under Section 307 IPC.
2. Sri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, Advocate, who is representing the informant namely Ramjas, is also ready to argue the appeal as also the revision on merits.
3. Heard Sri Anand Pal Singh, Advocate, learned AGA for the State and Sri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, who appeared for first informant-Ramjas.
4. Before proceeding in the matter, it would be apt to indicate that the accused-appellant(s) namely Kamta S/o Swami Nath, Parsauli S/o Bishesar and Thakur S/o Hanuman had already been expired and this fact has not been disputed by Sri Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist.
