BRIEF FACTS
1. Shorn of unnecessary details, the brief facts as per the plaint
are that originally one Dumber Singh, husband of the defendant was
a tenant in respect of open plot bearing No.540/6, Nai Basti, Kishan
Ganj, measuring about 100 sq yards situated in Khasra No.459-60,
Patti Jahanuma, Kishan Ganj, Delhi on monthly rent of Rs.11/- under
previous owner Sh. Baha-ud-din Faridi.
1.2 That after death of original tenant Sh. Dumber Singh, the
defendant became tenant in respect of the plot in dispute bearing
SAHIL
No.540/6, Nai Basti, Kishan Ganj, Delhi-110007 and started paying KHURMI
rent to the previous owner against receipts and used to sign the Digitally signed
by SAHIL

counter foils and that the tenancy of the tenant starts from 1 day of KHURMI
