1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA for the State respondents.
2. Accused-appellants namely Navab S/o Madau, Suresh S/o Ram Bharosey and Kaushal S/o Shiv Balak are present before this Court and have been identified by Sri D.P.Singh, learned counsel for the appellants.
3. The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374 (4) has been filed by the appellants namely Navab S/o Madau, Suresh S/o Ram Bharosey and Kaushal S/o Shiv Balak, challenging the judgment and order 17.04.2008 passed by Special Judge S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act/FTC Court No.6, District-Hardoi in Session Trial No. 960 of 1998, arising out of Case Crime No. 106 of 1996 under Section 452, 325, 323, 504 & 506 IPC and 3(i) (x) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Sandeela, District-Hardoi, convicting and sentencing the appellants to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 250/- under Section 452 I.P.C. and to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 250/- under Section 325/34 I.P.C., in case of default of fine, additional sentence of three months simple imprisonment and the sentences shall run concurrently.
