The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is now accepting internship applications on a rolling basis. Applicants may apply for the months between August and December 2025.
Eligibility
The internship is open to students in the 3rd/4th/5th year of a five-year integrated LLB programme, 2nd/3rd year of a three-year LLB programme, or those enrolled in an LLM or another postgraduate law degree, as well as recent law graduates.
Responsibilities
Interns will assist with the preparation of briefs, background notes, issue synopses, and case summaries, legal research, attending court proceedings and preparing minutes, and supporting work related to lectures, seminars, and academic writing.
Type of Internship
This is a full-time, in-person internship in New Delhi.
Duration
Each internship will last a minimum of four weeks, starting from the first Monday of the month. Requests for longer internships or a different start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
