Corporate Law & Policy Advisors is seeking talented corporate lawyers with 3-4 years PQE to join their team.

Eligibility

– A qualified lawyer with a strong academic background, with 3-4 years of experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity, having knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws, and good legal drafting skills.
– Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
– Effective time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
– Proactive and collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work on live transactions, assist with structuring, lead legal due diligence, draft and review contracts, and also be part of negotiations.
• You’ll work directly with senior lawyers who are invested in your development. You can expect feedback and guidance designed to shape your legal thinking and practical skills.
• They will invest in your learning and upskilling in areas like deal strategy, commercial drafting, and client management.
• As a small team, we value initiative and trust our people. There’s room to take ownership of matters, grow your confidence, and develop the skills to eventually lead deals independently.

Hybrid with an office in Delhi
