About the Opportunity
JK Singh and Associates is inviting applications for internships starting from August 2025 and onwards. This internship offers law students an opportunity to work closely on litigation matters, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting various legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and briefing notes. Preference will be given to candidates with prior litigation experience and those available for longer durations.
Internship Details
Position: Legal Intern
Location: C-57, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi – 110014
Mode: Physical / On-site
Duration: Minimum 1 month (longer durations preferred)
Joining: August 2025 onwards
Eligibility Criteria
- 2nd or 3rd year students from 3-year LL.B. course
- 3rd, 4th, or 5th year students from 5-year integrated LL.B. courses
- Candidates with prior litigation experience will be preferred
- Students available for longer internships are encouraged to apply
Nature of Work
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting of petitions, counter affidavits, written submissions, and briefing notes
- Assistance in case preparation and other litigation-related tasks
